Packing process will take 1 ~ 3 working days from the day the order was made.
Delivery time will vary depending on the customer's shipping country/region.
Usually, EMS takes 1~2 weeks, and DHL takes 3~7 days.

We have EMS and DHL shipping.
Shipping cost will be charged by the shipping country and the weight of the order.
Customers can check the shipping cost at the purchase page.
Customs tax(Import tax) is the customer's responsibility.
Tax rate is determined by each country’s law, so please contact your country’s customs office to check the tax rate before making orders.
Return / Refund
1) When the product is damaged.
Please send us the picture of the received product.
After we check the damage, we will issue a full refund / partial refund.
2) When the product is missing.
If the product is missing, we will file the complaint to EMS or DHL.
After EMS/DHL’s investigation, we will issue a full refund or re-ship the product.
3) Failed delivery / Return
If the product was returned to us because of customer's negligence such as not claiming the box to the customs, or absence of addressee, shipping cost and returning shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
